Difference Between TP304 and TP304L

• TP304 Carbon Content: Maximum 0.08%
• TP304L Carbon Content: Maximum 0.035%

The reduced carbon level in TP304L minimizes carbide precipitation during welding, thereby preventing sensitization and improving resistance to intergranular corrosion, especially in welded structures.
